1. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), through the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA), has launched the “Saksham Niveshak – 100 Days Campaign” from July 28, 2025 to November 6, 2025 to promote investor awareness and resolve issues related to unclaimed dividends, KYC and nomination updates, and IEPF claims.
Shareholders are requested to submit the duly filled KYC form along with a cancelled cheque to our RTA– C B Management Services (P) Ltd., Rasoi Court, 5th Floor, 20 R. N. Mukherjee Road, Kolkata – 700001 (Email: rta@cbmsl.com; Website: www.cbmsl.com):
a. to update their KYC, bank mandates, nominee and contact information
b. to claim their unpaid/unclaimed amounts at the earliest to avoid transfer to the IEPF
2. Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 virtually via Video Conferencing (“VC”)/Other Audio-Visual Means (“OAVM”) at 5:45 PM (IST). Please find the notice to the AGM in the “Shareholder Information” tab.
3. A Final Dividend @ 222.22% on the equity share of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. Rs. 22.22/ equity share) for the F.Y. 2024-25 has been proposed by the Board of Directors to the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General. Meeting.
