Greetings from the Ethics Counsellor!
As we begin a new year, I would like to remind you of the importance of ethics in our business. Ethics is not only the foundation of our values and culture, but also the key to our success and reputation. Ethics is what makes us a trusted partner for our customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
At JAMIPOL, we have a long tradition of ethical conduct, guided by the Tata Code of Conduct (TCoC). The TCoC defines the principles and standards that we must follow in our daily work, as well as our responsibilities towards our various stakeholders.
Ethics is not just about complying with rules and regulations. Ethics is also about making the right choices in situations that may not have clear-cut answers. Ethics is about using our judgment and conscience to act with integrity and honesty. Ethics is about respecting the dignity and rights of others, and caring for the environment and society.
