Founded in 1995, JAMIPOL stands as a joint venture forged by Tata Steel and its global partners, bringing forth innovative solutions to the steel industry. We embarked on a mission to revolutionize steelmaking with our pioneering Desulphurising Compounds (DCs), introducing a new epoch for Indian steel. As the first in India to provide such high-tech products, we've proudly led the way in meeting international standards for low sulphur steel.

Beyond our beginnings with DCs, JAMIPOL has expanded its portfolio to include Cored Wires, Deoxidising Compounds, and Dephosphorising Compounds, all crafted to enhance steel quality and production efficiency. Our bespoke services range from managing Desulphurisation Stations (DS) to implementing the BOOM model (Build, Own, Operate, Maintain) and offering expert mineral grinding services, emphasizing customer value and satisfaction.
